Felicia Baylor earned her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the College of Dentistry and has been with us for five years.
She loves coming to work every day and interacting with and caring for our patients. When not working, Felicia spends time with her husband and their daughter. Her hobbies include running and playing soccer.
From the moment I step one foot in Dr. Loftus's office, I'm immediately greeted with a smile from the receptionist and then notice all my worries go away via the warm/comfortable atmosphere! I'm not 100% sure what Dr. Loftus does in order to make my dentist nightmare go away, but ever since he's been my dentist... all my worries go away. Mr. Loftus has customer service down to a science. He's not afraid to adapt to new technology, in order to provide better service to his patients. From the automated text/emails (reminding me when its time for my next appointment is) to Dr. Loftus's gregarious laugh/highly prized knowledge/dental expertise.. Whenever its time to leave, I always feel like one million bucks. Thank you Dr. Loftus! You are truly one of the best!
